This sculpture of a heron in flight sits on top of a stake secured with a bolt for stability. When the wind blows, the heron rocks back and forth while the wings slowly flap up and down as if the bird is in flight. The pieces are well weighted with a large solid metal balance ball under the bird and with a 4 prong double U stake to keep this securely on the ground.
